I guess we'll find out more today. With so much AI fake crap out there now, it certainly could be false. Once companies figure out how many clicks rumors can generate, they'll be there too. I was just looking at a FB report about Willie Nelson going to Hulk Hogan's funeral a few days ago. Three pictures of Willie at the funeral wearing different clothes in each one. Hulk hasn't even had his funeral yet. And people still believe that sh*t. Now I see that Willie Nelson died one day after Hulk (must have came back to life to attend that funeral that never took place).

God I love A.I. People will believe anything and everything they read especially when they want to believe it. (sorry for swaying off topic!)

So what you're saying is typical mainstream media news 🤔 🤣

I used to complain about the media so much, but this is in a way other league! Never underestimate how stupid people can be. Just wait until AI becomes more realistic!

Agree, some people can really get snookered. I don't believe the Mac Markway injury story because I just saw him on a Bigfoot Vlog with Bigfoot and Lobo. They were out chasing rabbits for supper down in the Bayou. I assume it is true because I think Markway is from the Louisiana area.

Yup... the fact that it's been crickets and it seems like the people that know won't confirm or deny makes it more likely.

Correct, Rhule controls the narrative here. No one will comment publicly until Rhule announces it on Saturday.

Dang...gotta feel for that kid. While the accuracy of most internet rumors in general seems very low, those related to injuries and Husker sports seem to be around 100% accurate.

Is he retiring? The way Rhule talked ("I can't wait to see what he does next") sounded like he might be hanging it up.

Holgerson went into saying that is a motto to always think of what is next. Could be waiting to see him train hard and get back, keeping a good attitude.

I think in Dana interview Dana said something to the effect that the kid said something like its gods plan. Guess that could have different meanings. Maybe it's saying it's just not in the cards for him to play and it's time to hang it up. Ot maybe he means it's just how it's supposed to happen and he will keep pushing.

I think this us 3 torn ACLs in 3 years though right? One in HS, LSU and at Nebraska. Maybe it's time to consider something else career wise. Not my call though. Wish him well at whatever he decides.

I’m not sure that another revision is going to help him long term. He needs to get his degree. Pro ball isn’t in his future. His odds of playing in the NFL were slightly slim before this happened. Rhule can help him get started in a career.
