He's retained representation, should be fascinating to watch.
My understanding is that he would have to name UNC as well as the NCAA in any lawsuit. As a Tar Heel, I’m fine with that. Even if it costs us forfeited wins if he plays while suing. Sometimes you have to do what is right regardless of cost.
All I know is that he's retained a lawyer and UNC cannot help as this has to be 100% led by Tez. Should get interesting.
I see a restraining order if he has a decent attorney. Probably very soon.
I would bet a lot money if he had transferred to Bama he would be eligible to play
Hope there is an elite pro bone law firm out there that will represent this player and sue the NCAA. There are players with seven years in college that on rosters. Players that have played for at least three schools. The transfer portal runs rampant. Coaches leave for more money. So the NCAA puts this player our for a year.
The NCAA knows how to bring everyone together on a issue.
Mack has a lot of nerve criticizing the NCAA the way they protected ewenc in their no show classes for over 30 years. Called it The Carolina Way.

Zach has been getting bullied in practice. Played against 1A competition in VA.
Travis had weight problems last year, but still got snaps. I was at a wedding all day and only got home to watch the kicker wet himself. But the word on the message boards is that he isn't making any impact when put in thus far this season. Hopefully he can turn it around.
In the first half #4 would line up and then be 5 yards downfield after snap. Finally they just let Fox and Ritzie play.
