Mentioned this on another thread... our AD was talking to the students supposedly about not incurring another fine so the money could go to NIL. Isn't NIL supposed to be separate from the university though? Otherwise why would the collectives exist?

Or is separating them yesterday's rule, given that the rules change every time I blink now?
