Target employees harassed the shoppers and themselves violated the 6ft rule. They could have told the shoppers to use a mask and then called the cops if they felt something had to be done.

Two men were arrested for felony battery after starting a fight with employees at a Los Angeles Target store over wearing masks inside the store.

Clearly mental illness caused by COVID-19. Chalk up four more victims to this deadly virus.

Harassed? Good lord
How many ppl have you called the cops on for being in public?

That being said, Target has a right to refuse service. That is unless I tell Ed this person was just trying to force target to bake a gay wedding cake. Bake the cake bigot.

BTW, op....350 million ppl in the country, you found 2. Make sure you get to whatever blanket label you wanted to put on ppl.

Just follow the rules

“Properly” lol. Unless she’s wearing an N95 it doesn’t matter anyway. If she was, then has she had proper training on how to wear a mask properly? Has she been fitted by a qualified health professional? Has she been instructed how to put one on and take one off without exposing herself?

No of course not.

Because this bs has nothing to do with safety and everything to do with control/compliance. But yeah...science, data and ****.

Same thing people said when they required motorcyclists to wear helmets.

Same thing people said when they banned smoking in bars and restaurants.

Same thing they said when they required people to wear seat belts.

Rinse and repeat.

I wish more people would ride around without helmets...

There are people literally being allowed to wear McDonald’s wrappers and dirty scarfs over their face while going in stores but being stopped for not having any covering. Would be the equivalent of using a beanie as helmet and party streamer as a seatbelt.

I get it, there's a ton of idiots out there, but I'd say the ones being harassed by police or store employees are in the minority. Social media just makes it seem more prevalent.

I see plenty of men, women, and children out and about without masks, and no one says a damn thing to them.

I would rather go to the hospital than jail.

Would you rather eight months in ICU/ten months total in a hospital, or six months in jail? Between me and one other person, one of us had the first option, and the other got the second option.

Helmets only affect the person wearing them. In theory, the others can cause harm to other people.
