I keep hearing about Obama having the needed vote. My web searches thus far produce mostly individual politicians' sites about being "likely" to vote for the deal. Why don't they vote already? Many Americans will be wanting to see that tally.

The vote has been scheduled for later. The AP reports the Dems have 41 votes for the deal and will filibuster in the Senate so that a vote is never taken.
