Anyone notice he voted yes to confirm Rachael Rollins?
The dnc (DSA) has given him permission to be outspoken at this time about the build back better bill, hoping that the people (moderate leaning right) of WV will not notice all the little socialists votes he makes .smoke & mirrors by all the so called moderate Democrats. I hope people pay attention & does not reelect him . It will be the federal DA & judges that makes many small cuts that destroy us as a whole.

I'll admit, I don't keep up with much anymore (outside of the hypocrite COVID stuff). I've liked Manchin's stance on spending of late. People tend to forget, the Senators and Representatives are NOT employed to represent the United States, they are employed/voted to represent the people from their state/district. So for people to blast Manchin for his stance on fossil fuels as being "inconsiderate to society", they are wrong. He's doing HIS JOB!

He will fold like a cheap chair. Shumer will keep him in line. If he and Seinama vote yes for BBB, we are doomed.

Very true he is paid to represent the people of WV, but his vote on federal issues that affect us all coast to coast should be representative of the views of WV.
I follow WV representatives votes on all issues that is how I decide who I will vote for . When a senator or congressman from WV votes in this manner it shows their true colors. Would you want your kids or grandchildren growing up in a area where she is in charge? Would you want him voting for her to be in WV?
Joe Manchin is paid by us but represents the DSA, this vote shows it .

Educate me on her stances. I have no idea who she is. Covid has clouded my knowledge.

Best to look her up . But in short , she is for very, very relaxed criminal justice. I would not want my kids or grandchildren growing up in a society where she is in charge of criminal justice in any way .

Well, to be honest, we have been doing this with druggies for the past 5-7 years. Arresting them, sending them to TAXPAYER funded rehab, then back on the streets........wash, rinse, repeat.
