Mangino has ties to Stoops through his brother, and Youngstown.

Pease has ties obviously with this program and had quite a bit of success here and at Boise State.

Clearly the two most experienced OC's available imo.

I think we wait a while if that is our only choices.

I think a lot of people hate on Pease because he made Lorenzen all butthurt, and his performance at Florida (one in which apparently he wasn't even calling plays out of his own playbook)

In the right situation the guy is obviously a good OC.

Mangino is hated on for his appearance for whatever reason. How many games has Kansas won since they fired him?

The point is that are two coaches with tons of experience who have at times been very successful.

That's better than another potential first timer.

Look what Pease did at Florida, he ran that offense into the ground. And Mangino is just a fat old prick that is abusive to his players. Sorry, but we should definitely not go down either road.

Kentucky could hire the baby that looks exactly like Mangino. He is probably old enough now.

How about Paul Petrino? Yes terrible head coach and likes to beat up the media. But All were asking him to do is sit in a booth and call plays.

You mean the same mangino who is disgustingly fat and verbally assaulted players for years at Kansas? No thanks.

Wasnt Mangino also fired for physically abusing players? Maybe I'm remembering wrong. In fine with a disciplinarian but that dude is a waddling mess of team turmoil

I would like Walt Bell. Legit OC, 10th ranked scoring offense in the country at 41 PPG, hung 20 on Mizzou's defense (which isn't bad for Arky State). Lot of really high scoring games. He's also a QB coach, which is notable.

Sounds familiar.

The bad things is Pease actually runs the kind of offense that Stoops is looking for. But he'll end up hiring a triple option guy and ask him to run the air raid, or hire another air raid guy and ask him to run the spread.....

Im not going to have any hair if this continues.

Dude I live in Tennessee. Being a Kentucky fan here is pretty brutal, considering im living among UT fans......a bunch of people i would root against if they were playing ISIS.

That being said, ill take the voluntary balding. Im a UK fan. Never gonna change.

Being bald isn't so bad. It improves our aerodynamics, giving us a better time in the forty yard dash. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:
