Most unlikable - Manning. Tom Brands, is much more likeable to me. Brands is passionate, but Manning looks angry and annoyed all the time.

But the question wasn't who is more effective, it's who is more unlikeable. I agree with some of the other posters, Tom Brands isn't a bad guy, he's just goofy. But, as others have also pointed out, you get two of them when you have to deal with a Brands. My vote would be Manning though.
