Loyola drive stalls another FG 7-6 1:14 before half. Loyola has had the ball a lot but a turnover and sloppy play near the goal line is why they trail

Anyone want to guess where the QB from Marist is from? Yep, Orland Park Century Junior High..I guess Sandburg was not an option? Ramblinman you at the game? I guess Bones knows his stuff.

Good god, he’s not Sandburg’s property. The kid made a decision that was best for his family. Some prefer smaller environments, some prefer faith based learning, some even prefer a better athletic environment but that’s that families decision to make.

Some were arguing that the reason Sandburg isn't very successful isn't because their best players end up at places like Marist.

I agree..if you have followed other posts in the last few days the Sandburg program was being critiqued for not having success. It was rebuffed that private’s were a portion of the demise of the Sandburg program. Not anti private’s , just saying. Family choice.

Marist looked pretty good towards end of season. Wouldn’t want to play them in Playoffs. Could have been lot better team with Mikesell all year. Any predictions on RedHawks seeding?

Sandburg loses athletes and non athletes to a handful of catholic schools.
I'd say for the majority of the athletes if sandburg was LWE they'd stay.

If I had a kid who could really play and needed looks for scholarships, no way I’d send him to Sandburg. College is expensive.
