Nope. Trump had scalp reduction surgery years ago. As a result, his scalp is very screwed up and his bald spots have unusual placements. So his combover takes a lot of work and hairspray. I think there is a diagram online of the ridiculous steps needed to produce the Trump combover.
He looks like a character from of those puppet shows when I was a kid. Captain Scarlet, The Thunderbirds, etc.
