Isn’t nothing like this and they both went to school at UK I just love it that Wall is embracing the new coaching staff too!

I think we should pick one of the walls at Rupp and christen it John Wall at Rupp Arena. Put a mural of him doing his flex thing on it.
Pope played it perfect. He didnt jump up too quick and fan-boy out, but he watched and waited to see if Wall would walk his way. Then a hug and he exchanged numbers. Perfect meet.

Love this. Wall is awesome. Not only my favorite "Cal Cat", but he's among my all time favorite Cats...and that's something I don't say lightly being a 48 year old born and bred UK fan.
All you need to know about John Wall is when he broke down in tears when he had that monster game in 2014, dedicating that game to that little 6yr old girl who died of cancer.
