As inhaling smoke of any kind is.

I use about 10 grams a month. If buying the pre-rolls, that is 20 joints. So, while it is still smoking, 2/3 of a joint a day is not that much. It is better than alcohol n my opinion, and I still enyoy it too.

No vice is good by very definition.
