Was hoping that Alex King and/or Tyrell Ajian would quickly follow Richardson's commitment. I actually thought Javonte would be the least-likely to commit. Still holding out hope for King and Ajian.

Huge implications. Love the vibe.

Couldn't have said it better myself.

But stop and think a minute, UK's offense has always had some pretty good skill players, now we have an OL (always a big problem) in 17 that could (if we sign Wills) average a 5.94------or better. Over a 5.8 average this year if Drake starts at center-----and a fifth year Remington candidate if he doesn't, and experience is very important, especially at center. We have a 5.9 QB to start, a good backup we think, another four star incoming, and a very good corp of WRs to help him------plus a great TE prospect and very good RB corp to spread out the load.

I can see this offense being very attractive to a lot of skill players, and the OL is a huge plus instead of the minus it has been for a long time, just the returning players alone should be much better.

He should be optimistic, and this commit is a great start.

And don't forget, Marrow is simply the best.

You are correct, UK could very well have the highest ranked, coming out of HS, OL in the SEC other than Bama who has signed multiple 5* OL the last few years. UK will have a couple 5* and at least a couple of 4*. UT signed a 5* last year, could this year too or next, UF signed 1, but the rest of us haven't and aren't very likely to.

The thought of UK having back to back classes with a 5 star offensive tackle has me doing back flips. Cats went from never having a 5 star guy(at least in the age of Rivals - Couch would be a 5 star) to now possibly having back to back 5 star classes. If the Cats could get 1 5 star a year that would be HUGE for this program. HUGE. And Marrow is a big factor in this because the way he is able to recruit has got to put positive pressure on the other coaches to bring in talent.

Its huge form any program except the top 2-3. The top 2-3 teams usually sign multiple 5*, up to 5-6 it only leaves about 20 for the other 117 teams. Schools you have to be concerned with when a kid is taking a late visit, like the last weekend are Auburn and Ole Miss. OM is under some serious investigation now and AU doesn't care if the NCAA comes or not, their motto is "prove it".

This guy is productive from the moment the fruit loops hit the bowl. Seems to thrive on getting it done.

Marrow is amazing. I have a feeling he may need another raise soon.

If Stoops has a brain he should give Marrow part of his salary to keep him if necessary------like Brooks did to Joker, and while Brooks didn't have that much to share Stoops has plenty, relatively speaking.

But that shouldn't have to be necessary with the money available now------just like it shouldn't have been in Brooks case, but that was a very different world then, half the recruiting budget for the football program as for the four or so basketball recruits.

Just think if we start winning at least 6 games what Marrow will be able to do! Stoops makes over 2 million. Your right, Stoops should take a pay cut and give more money to big Vince.
