Marshall Plumlee to the RESCUE !

STORY OF THE DAY!

New York Knicks center Marshall Plumlee arrived to MSG midway through the first quarter this morning.

He got a phone call from the Knicks around 10 AM to let him know he was being activated due to Joakim Noah's illness.

Plumlee, who played for the Knicks' D-League team last night, said to took a train to Grand Central and paid a cab driver to run a red light to get to MSG. He ended up running a few blocks to make it to the arena. (via ESPN)

I saw Marshall Friday at the airport in Greensboro. He was going to DCA on a 1030am flight.

Scoring alert job for Q. As soon as Marshall scores his 1st NBA basket put it up. That's a special moment especially when everyone doubted he would make it. OFC

Huge congrats to him. I was a huge doubter until he showed a ton of improvement his 5th year, even after that I didn't think he would make a roster. He now has 5 minutes more than I thought he would ever have in the NBA.
