First off, congrats to them for stepping up their future schedule a notch.

No return game, just a one and done money game for the Herd. I wonder how that would have worked out for them if they had demanded home and home or none.

And I spit my coffee through my nose when I read some Herd fans saying that Marshall is the Notre Dame of the G-5.......

they'll make as much or more in that one slaught...I mean game than their entire cusa allotment for the year

The Herd also got a hoops trip to Notre Dame as part of this. I believe they play at ND next season.

Unlike some schools, Marshall will play somebody at their home field instead of a neutral sight. Take the money and run.
