Master's Golf...who ya got?

[Bkmtnittany1]

Weather gonna be a factor. Course will be wet and soft when they tee it up on Thursday. Weekend looking dry, but cool and windy with 15-20 mph winds.

Cam smith for the win

So many good golfers these days. So the winner will be whomever has a hot putter and stays out of trouble.

[lemonears]

Tiger Woods wins by at least 5 strokes.

[psuro]

Mickelson.

He will limp onto the first tee like Willis Reed against the Lakers, and hit a masterful drive. He will then hobble around the course for the next four days, hitting great shot after great shot. When a new green jacket is placed on him, he will slump onto the 18th green with his putter held high in one final defiant act.

[Classof09]

Collin Morikawa. Immense talent. Seems to keep his head in the moment.

If he putts like he did at The Players you may be correct.

I want to say him or Xander, but I am thinking one of JT, Cantlay, of Scheffler....so go and put your money on someone else.

given those conditions, someone from over the pond. Rory? Cam Smith?

[NittanyBuff]

John Daly

That would be awesome.

[Nitt1300]

Rory (not really, but I continue to hope)

[Nohow]

Ben Hogan. I know he’s dead but that doesn’t matter, he is athletic enough to win at golf.

JT but hoping for DJ

Toss up between Scottie S and Patrick Cantley.

Have to say I'm surprised Tiger does not have a late tee time. By the time TV coverage starts at 3pm he will almost be done his round. Granted, masters.com will have lots of coverage before that.

[Georgia Peach]

We are getting buckets of rain today. Supposed to rain tomorrow for parts of the day. This will not be a fast track, which tends to eliminate the shorter hitters. Think long and straight (Rahm, Sheffler, DJ, Brooks, Justin Thomas) I don't think Rory has the short game to get over the hump.

[psuro]

Tiger.

Just to piss off Glov even more - he can add this to the asskicking UNC got.

Any input from Mrs. Doubtfire on this menu?

Is there anybody more frustrating in the game, all the talent in the world.. I've got he and Morikawa this week in a Masters pool..

[Jason1743]

I’m gonna take the hot hand and go with Scotty Scheffler. As an added bonus, kids from Texas know how to play in the wind.
