I did need PAC 12 Oregon programming when logging in with Xfinity last night. Whether it works for Fubo is unclear and seems to be package based. Frankly at this point I’m expecting the radio stream to be the only available option. If viewing works great but not optimistic.

I have DISH and the match is listed for 8PM on one of the PAC12 alternate channels. The replay at 3AM is listed on the main PAC12 channel. I hope to see it one way or another.
