They showed the graphic, but I don't think Angel ever signaled and you could hear on the audio him mentioning something about Minto dropping down first when Kennedy was hanging on to the ankle.
I love that guy. Not the most athletic but gets the most out of himself. His career hasn't been as great as I thought it would be out of HS. But it's been a pleasure
Glad Kennedy won but that was ugly. He has offense i just don't get why he goes away from it so much against better competition. Minto was giving him openings.

Watching it on TV I never actually saw it called. I just heard Gibbons say it, but the riding time matched exactly with the period clock so, maybe he was wrong?
