Won the B10 in his 3rd season at PSU beating Urban Meyer. Three 11 win seasons in the 6 seasons he has had a full schedule to do it along with 3 Top 10 final rankings and another Top 20 finish.

I'd say he has done pretty well in the 2nd toughest division in all of college football the last 7 years.

The legendary Joe Paterno coached at Penn State for 19 years in the Big 10. Won all of 3 conference championships (only 1 being outright) with 6 finishes in the Top 10.

For the love of all that is good and decent in this world please let Franklin stay at Penn State and let LSU and USC hire other than Rhule.

All circumstances considered when he took that job, he did a very good job.

he's not Saban or Urban tier, but he's still pretty damn good.

he'll have some really good wins, but also some really odd losses.
