I thought I read somewhere that Ruhle had zero top 25 wins in his two years at Baylor. If true that's quite concerning.
0-8 versus ranked teams. But looks like he beat teams they were supposed to beat, but not a difference maker type of coach.

He may turn programs around, win, but unable to climb the ladder to win against ranked opponents.

Maybe that's why he moves every 3-4 years, his team reaches a certain level and then flattens out.

Yes exactly I typed the wrong record, I posted the all time record he has coached in college and the 19-20 was his record at Baylor, my bad.
