I think it's all Duke here.

Any predictions as to how he announces?? My guess is he goes standard with the Duke hat. No crazy videos, no fake outs, just straight and to the point.

Only thing that worries me is don't believe ESPN is broadcasting the announcement, and we seem to land the guy everytime that happens...

I think you’re just being superstitious with the ESPN thing. I don’t have any credentials or insider info that makes my opinion more valuable, but he’s definitely coming to Duke.
