I haven’t really been following that tournament since they had the bad fires out there, and since UK never plays it in anymore. But USC vs. AZ State in the championship game? Woof.

The Players Era Festival may very well be the death knell for Maui, I'm afraid.
Would like to play in that one. Plus 1 million in NIL doesn't hurt.
They need to offer an equally awesome NIL reward and revamp it from the ground up.
Was in Maui for Brassows tip in. One of the greatest UK games I ever saw. Was hoarse for a week from yelling. My favorite tourney ever was following Cats to Great Alaskan Sootout. What a blast that was
Yeah Maui has been done for a long while now. It was the premier event but then the Battle for Atlantis came out, and then all these new tourneys and it whittled the fields down. Now the NIL tournaments will rule the day.
Next season is 32 teams and a traditional bracket style event. This one is structured like AAU where point margin determines who advances from the undefeated teams.
