Thus, the parentheses. Can't tell you how many vocal mayo haters I've seen murder a Spicy Tuna Roll, for example. Spicy Chipotle/Southwest sauces, Remoulades, aolis, Fish Tacos, Potato Salad, Deviled Eggs, Spinach/Artichoke Dip, Coleslaw, etc, etc.

Eggs, Oil, Lemon. OMG [sick]

I used to love when I worked at Rafferty's back in the day and some idiot would tell me mayo was disgusting and they would never eat it and then order 2 cups of ranch with everything. That's garlic and onion flavored mayo you freaking idiot.

That argument is apples to oranges. When the ingredient is "hidden" its not like slathering a big glob of mayo, or miracle whip, on a sandwich.

I dont like eggs, dont eat them as a stand alone dish. But i do like
cake and other dishes that incorporate them within the recipe.

We use Dukes for sandwiches but if I'm making a sauce or dressing then I'll go ahead and make the mayo to go in it. Simple to do and you can flavor it however you want.
