We can hope. We have never been good at building on and maintaining success in any major sport.
I tend to agree but I'm thinking that we may have something to work with. Parris is a really good coach. We need some players. I'm optomistic.
Yes. We've obviously had sustained success in WBB and as elite as they are, it's just not a major sport.
We briefly had sustained success in baseball but that fizzled pretty quickly. But again that's not a major sport.
I think MBB has the best chance to a relevant team over football, but we definitely have some holes to fill. Thought we would make more noise in the bb portal, maybe we still will. The 2 freshman will need to be ready to play, and that scares me. Football really scares me because I’m not sold on the WR room or the O-line. Not a good way for Sellers to have to start a year. I hope to be pleasantly surprised, but not counting on it this year.
Major is however you define it. How about revenue-producing?
I still wonder how D-III schools and the D-Is without football maintain all those sports?
