Let's just get this season over with and try to forget it as soon as possible, and get the uniforms on moth balls. What an embarrassment.

If this isn't the absolute low point of Fred Hoiberg's basketball existence, I don't know what would be. I'm excited about the transfers we'll have next year, I just hope at some point we can build a program with guys who are invested. If that even exists anymore.

Is it an embarrassment? Sure.

Was a transition year predictable? Yep.

Will we be MUCH better next year? Yep.

Will we be an NIT / NCAA bubble team or better with a bit of luck? Probably

Sure, put this one out of its misery. Suck it up, it isn't like we've been any better in the past even with higher win totals.

At least now we've got some bright spots headed our way (the 3 sitting transfers and the growth of cross and ouedrago). With any luck we will have a few more transfers come in so 2022 can be significant.

As bad as we've been historically, a 3 year turnaround like that would be pretty damn solid if it continues to play out like that and frankly that's exactly how things look to be moving.

Could someone else do better? Yeah probably. Much better with a month to turn the roster over? Meh. Maybe.

Cry me a river and move on. It will get better.

No doubt it will get better. Of course, that’s not exactly going out on a limb, cuz it is hard to imagine being worse.

We all knew it was going to be a tough year; but did it really have to be THIS bad? This is one of the all time awful teams in major college basketball. I’ll feel better if I know Hoiberg comes out and says he knew they had no chance to compete this year.

Yeah, we all know this. No one is crying, it's been a long season and we're headed towards finishing, what? 0-17? I'll go ahead and reserve the option to say it sucks.

All will be forgotten when we beat Creighton at the PBA in December. Flush this season and forget.
Sooner or Later that blind pig will surely find an acorn.

Or burn through yet another screen name, or something like that.

I want to beat Creighton as badly as anyone but they return everyone from a top 10 (and rising) team and bring in more size from recruits. I really hope Nebraska is successful at landing Sallis and another big body. I think Cross and Yvan have upside but it may not be until they are juniors.
