Would this be it? LA is heavily favored at home. MC beaten bad by Rice and dealing with a lot now. Ones that come to mind for me are '90 at Moeller in Cincy, '01 vs JC, I would even say '04 vs Rita twice. On paper Rita should have beaten MC by 3-4 TD's.

thanks for making me throw-up. Very rarely in my 38 years (well, at least since 1990) has SR been the more talented of the two teams. But they definitely had more talent in 04. In terms of high school production only, Weyer was one of the best ever in this state. And Frank got his boys to beat SR twice that year.
Kuska has done a wonderful job, and I'm a big fan of the guy personally, and there are more important things than wins at the high school level, but losing 2x to MC in 04 was inexcusable.
