I just saw it on maxpreps. Not sure how official it is. 84 total. Definitely a lot of sophs up. I liked what I saw with that class last year at Marist and at Rita. Davis is up at RB. He did not play vs Marist so I was thankful when I saw him at Rita. Their main issue was at QB which now they apparently have one. Looks like 3 D linemen up, a LB or 2, and a 5’8” DB on Defense. Some skill people on offense. I really have to see the Brown/White Scrimmage to see what they are working with for this year .

Last year, MC moved a soph O-lineman up at the end of the year. I believe he started in the playoffs. Was his name Verdis Brown?

Any word on the QB situation? O line should be pretty good this season as well as secondary. Is Alek Thomas going to play for the next 2 seasons? He has a real shot at bein a 1st round draft pick in baseball right out of MC, would hate to see him take over QB this year then have to go to a new kid next season if he decides not to play next year.
I wouldn't place too much emphasis on a maxpreps roster, they have us with 115 players (including one sophomore).

With practice starting, I think he would have made his decision by now if he wasn't going to play...I haven't heard that he wasn't. Hopefully Griffith leaving for Florida doesn't steer him any specific way.
Don't take it for gospel Dean, I have seen a few of those names, if they are up as Soph, then something is wrong, maybe 4 Sophs will be up, but not 8 that they showed.
