No Boogie didn't make the team.
I really wish we could've gotten Stewart. Tremendous motor and apparently his skills are coming along, based on practice descriptions.

Just once wish the announcers would do play by play and call the game rather than ramble on.Makes it unwatchable
I know it’s old news but I thought antione was ours during recruiting , what made him flip to nova?
Stewart was the one that got me. He was pretty much a done deal and at the last minute decided he didn't really want to play with Carey because he felt they both play the same position.
And his good friend Quad Green transferred to Washington which also helped and they’ll get to play together mid season next year.
Supposedly he was just blown away by his Nova visit. That and the ability of his family to see most of his games since he's from the area sealed the deal.
I'm not an insider but I read somewhere that it really caught Coach K off guard because he'd strongly implied, silent verbal (err, violent gerbil) or otherwise, that he was coming to Duke.
At one time the prognosticators had our class as likely: Anthony, Carey, Stewart, Antoine, James, and Moore. On paper that would've arguably been better than our current class. 3 Top 5 guys and 6 Top 20/25 guys.
I always felt we’d get Stewart or Carey but not both. Antonie and James seemed like locks but you can’t get them all. Really hoping we get hurt

And a couple of years of Boogie might be better than Antoine or James. I read somewhere that Boogie has a major chip on his shoulder over not making the McDonald's game, and if that's true and it keeps driving him, we might end up with the steal of the class.
True but he knew that well before he changed his mind. When I say he surprised a lot of people, it was shocking how he switched up, but at the end of the day, Duke will be just fine after all is said and done. Wish him the best regardless.
Based on Boogies twitter he’s super bitter so I’m good with a player coming in with a chip. Best thing is he will be a multi year guy
He is on the Jordan Brand Classic home team, which is played in Vegas this year
Oh I don’t know, I think I see a budding Zion or two in there, along with an RJ type scorer, plus an elite point guard. Duke will be right there with UK again..
Did anyone notice when they showed the graphic for the undecided players that Duke is considered a “wild card” for both Hurt and McDaniels?
If I’m remembering correctly they said that Kentucky is also a “wild card” for both of them
I'm pretty sure Carey was hurt and didn't play.
I get excited every year for this game and it always disappoints. It also proves nothing. I remember Hurley's year, McCaffrey looked like the better point guard. Shows you what I know.
Oh maybe so I thought they had Hurt and Watford listed for UK that's why I figured they just mixed up the school icons. Either way we aren't recruiting McDaniels but he would've been nice.
Coach K hates the lord of rings, because he was going to use the name for his biography, after he retires.
Several of the players in the game (no names given, except for Carey & Moore) were asked for their prediction on which school Hurt would commit to, and the majority of those asked said Duke!? There were 4 or 5 opinions other than Carey & Moore, so it had a nice ring to it.

Greg Paulus looked like the next Hurley during the 2005 McDonald's game. In that same game, Tyler Hansbrough appeared to be a stiff.
Or last year when everyone thought Zion was overrated and Little was the second coming after the game.
My thoughts exactly. JayWill and Cory Alexander kept running at the mouth about everything except what was happening on the court. Except for the starters, we never had any idea who the rest of the players were. It was really annoying as hell.
It’s funny I clearly remember watching it and thinking we were going to roll with McRoberts and Greg. And thinking hansbrough sucked and it was funny he was going to UNc
