Sure looks that way. Jerrel Freeman looks like a player, but I haven't seen much impact from the picks or FA signings of the current regime. Want to give them some time, but the early returns are not overly positive. And I get the O-line is a work-in-progress, but is Bobbie Massie going to block someone in the passing game this year? Seems the Cardinals let him go for good reason.
