I'll keep on watching but it definitely has taken a step back (hard not to). Other than No Way Home, I probably wouldn't put a single movie made after Endgame in the top half of the best Marvel movies.

I doubt BP 2 will change my feelings on that. I might be in the minority but I didn't think BP was as good as others thought. I just had no connection to that character (didn't follow him in the comics growing up). I also was turned off a bit by the racism/slavery storyline it kept pushing.

About the only thing that will turn things around for me is if Secret Wars comes to fruition. I'm just not all that interested in the Kang storyline. Going to be hard to do Secret Wars as good with the loss of many key characters. Maybe they can bring them back from the multiverse.

Late update : I thought Black Panther 2 was *very* good. Without Boseman…they had an uphill battle…and they pulled it off. Namor was a great foil / anti-hero, Shuri’s “journey” was significant, etc. 8/10

It just seems that there is no direction after Endgame and since Disney + started. The great thing about the MCU before Endgame was the stories interweaved and there was continuity.

I knew after Endgame my interest level was going drop, outside of Spider-Man. I really only catch Marvel movies when flying and wanting something easy to watch.

If only they had 50 years of storylines to pick from... Oh well. Just move right to the new stuff that can't sell a million copies on sale.

I still can’t believe there are men over the age of 20 going to see this crap.
They are actually pretty good, and interesting to see how they all link together. AND they are good to watch with your kids.

I could say the same thing about Star Wars and what was it called (The Hobbit) or was that the followup. But I don't. Everyone has different tastes.
