That was my understanding too, thanks. With Kemon Spell now announcing that he’ll take officials, 10 days after confirming he was solid and shut down to Penn State, you just never know!!!

He is visiting to listen, he has changed his language from “shut down” to committed “right now.” He will be offered a huge NIL package elsewhere & will be difficult to keep him.
