Think they kept ul in line.
I seriously doubt the Houston coaches minds were on this game.
What is wrong with this stupid bunch at Memphis... Don't they know you can't have the youngest coach in the fbs fbs and complete in your FIRST year? Takes at least 8-12 !!

If Herman does take the LSU job I imagine he'll keep Dave Aranda as DC. Herman/Aranda were team mates in college.
I didn't understand Houston trying to score so fast before they went ahead with like 2 minutes left. I guess you don't want to disrupt the rhythm of your offense and let their defense rest but I've seen too many times this year where the offense scores with about 2 minutes to go in the game and they could've milked it down another minute or so leaving too much time on the clock for the other team to score. Almost always happens.
Did you really think Houston would play well today? They know their coach is leaving and the talk all week has been LSU or Texas. Houston is not a bad team they did beat UL and Oklohoma when the conditions were right but when the talk goes to Hermann leaving they just don't play well.
The SEC is probably the most down they have been in many years and you say the ACC is down. Miami has not been really good a years. We will see how good FSU is tomorrow.

So the coaching carousel was the reason (excuse) for them losing today, but the fact that A&M playing their fourth string QB against Otis was a bogus reason they lost a close game, right?
