Memphis Game Thread

Jeffries needs a power dunk. That would intimidate Memphis players.

[Tulsafanzz]

We need to pick up the pressure on defense. Memphis does not have good ball handlers, but their very strong inside.

[TulsaFan01]

No we need a damn 3!!

[Tulsa76]

Will there be any improvement next season or will the years of mediocrity continue?

[Weatherdemon]

Not sure if coaching is why we can’t hit ****.
Could be doing better on defense, but you always can.

That said, I am not happy with how this is playing out.

[TulsaFan01]

Ok ok how about our first 3 will come at the buzzer to win by one???

[Babe the Blue Ox_rivals]

Coaching won't help you there.

Is Jeffries hurt? Only reason I can see for him sitting

[t-townpod]

This is not coaching. We are getting good shots and our defense is ok

[TU_BLA]

WHY CAN'T WE HIT A DAMN FT?????

It doesn't look like net influx of players is drastically better than what we lose. Although we will have one more guy.

Yes, not sure what is injured but both him and Taplin didn't practice this week to rest and recover from injuries.

[I.I.]

Please Tubby keep those good players on the bench a little longer. They might get a foul.

[Weatherdemon]

Coaching won't help you there.

LOL, HIT ****...

[t-townpod]

So strange with this team. All shooting well or no one shooting well. Hard to figure. We miss having any true bigs!

Are you sure? I've been blaming my indigestion on Haith for years!!111

[Gmoney4WW]

Our first three!

[cmullinsTU]

H3ND3RSON!!!!!!!!!!

[Gmoney4WW]

Aston insists Haith can't teach our players to ****!

Yea, one thing you really need to leave to the parental units.

[TulsaFan01]

And we’re tied!!! But 10 missed free throws.. come on Tulsa..

[Weatherdemon]

Taplin should've taken that trey but it worked out.

[Gmoney4WW]

#2!

[TulsaFan01]

Tulsa with a One point lead!!! Let’s go!!! Bury the Tigers!!!

[cmullinsTU]

Etou's double-team on Davenport was AMAZING defense and forced a travel.

[TU_BLA]

Junior may be struggling offensively, but he is playing great defense today.

[Weatherdemon]

How many layups can Taplin possibly miss?

[I.I.]

Anybody hear any favoritism by TV analyst?

[Gmoney4WW]

Junior waking up on offense!

[I.I.]

Free throws. ..................

[cmullinsTU]

The color commentator really likes Memphis. The play-by-play guy thinks Igbanu and Etou are the same person and thinks Henderson is on both teams.

[Gmoney4WW]

4th on Parks and Etou to the line!

[TU_BLA]

Missed FTs early are going to come back to haunt us

[TulsaFan01]

Come on.. Should be up by 10 if it weren’t for all the damn FT missed.

[Weatherdemon]

4th on Igbanu

[Original TULSAFAN]

Memphis sucks

[TulsaFan01]

What a joke..

[Weatherdemon]

WHY ANOTHER FOUL ON A 3PT SHOOTER!!!!!????

[Original TULSAFAN]

So fitting...

[Weatherdemon]

Damn
What's the play
