Ended up doing shaved ribeye on a Publix hoagie roll w/ provolone, lettuce, tomato, Duke's mayo. I'm happy. The new tap line is just great. It's hard to change w/ the narrow tower I have & the crimp clamp, but now that I have it figured out, it will be changed more often.

Where’s the flow restriction?

I have a flow control spigot - which just sits in the middle for the most part. Get a good keg and set the gas at 14 and all will be well.
