This is the first I saw of it. Summers' profile: Charles W. Eliot Professor and President Emeritus at Harvard. Secretary of the Treasury for President Clinton and the Director of the NEC for President Obama. A google search for Merrick Garland fills in with FBI director because many pieces have been written. Wouldn't think so, but he can be unpredictable. But yeah, it's unlikely, IMO.No way in hell Trump gives this legs.
