Looks like he's doing the job as he should be doing. And you don't improve your chances for getting the job by slacking off in recruiting. Now is the time you have to impress the AD.
to Joseph keeping up with recruits! I have a strong suspicion that Joseph is selling recruits on Nebraska being a great place for them, regardless of who will be named head coach.
He was on the phone yesterday calling a ton of area coaches(not necessarily just ones with potential recruits or ones that really ever even have D1 players) to simply check in and tell them good luck and such on their games this weekend.
