Brown has lost a huge number of players, has to be amongst the top losers the last three seasons regardless of any changes to the CFB universe. Especially bad since he excused not playing players because of depth in his last press conference.
What a disaster the Brown hire is turning into. The WVU football program appears to be in shambles.
Middleton apparently said a few quotes in an interview that are pretty interesting:
"“That staff is ruining lives and needs to go. I’m not saying this because I’m leaving, I’ve been thinking this for a while now and so have a lot of the players on the team. You’ll see, there’s going to be several players leaving soon.”

So glad to see this apparent cancer pulling stakes and departing along with the infamous Mr. Kerry Martin.
Two vast improvements for the team. Wish one had never arrived and the other departed many months ago.
Ruining lives is a serious accusation. If things are happening inside the locker that are a danger to the players, Middleton is compelled to speak up, with specifics. Vagaries and innuendo make him complicit in his claims of ruination.
Or maybe he's just bitching about some miscommunication about wearing a suit. Which is more likely....so he can shut the **** up and get the **** out and stop hiding behind hyperbolic claims of victimhood.
Despite my blatant dislike for Brown and my gut reaction to twist the knife a bit, I highly doubt anything is happening to these players which is life-ruining. When in doubt, frame yourself as the victim of specious actions.
The story about the suits sounds like a young person who probably has trouble listening or reviewing material they were given....I mean, was he the only one without a suit or was it a large amount of players?
Rumor is 45 players have now left the team. All the starters are gone except Doege and there are no back ups. WVU football has been canceled. Six pretend fans on this board are now partying because of it.
I expect a call to play for my beloved alma mater. They are in luck, I run 8.5 40 yard dash and can almost run fron one end of the field to the other without dying.... I don't receive hits well and cannot play night games, as they run too late for me.
It might all be ********, but the part that concerns me is him saying he hasn't had a single conversation with Brown since he's been there.
All I know it I wont be surprised if we lose an alarming number of talented players this offseason. I know part of it is the transfer rules making it so easy, but I really think Brown is losing the team. They just dont play hard for him at all.
