So tuition is 4,400 which I'm not sure if it is for just one semester or whole year as doesn't really say. My favorite line in the cost though is this:

College Recruiting Service: $ 2,500.00 (Optional)
Midwest Prep coaches will serve as an advocate for you and assist you with your recruitment into a college or university from the time that you sign with us until National Signing Day. On a weekly basis our coaches will contact college coaches on your behalf, assist you in developing and maintaining an appropriate HUDL page and advise you throughout your recruiting process. Placement into a college or university is not guaranteed, with this service.

That $4400 is the football fee.

You missed this part:

The cost at Midwest Prep is comparable to a year at any major university.

But I like the living arrangements:

Room & Board: $ 8,000.00 (Mandatory for residents)
Midwest Prep utilizes the Quality Inn and Suites Hotel in Orland Park, IL. for our resident housing. Housing includes a queen size bed, private bathroom, 40” flat screen TV with basic cable service, WIFI, daily maid service, fresh towels daily, mini refrigerator and microwave. Rooms are double occupancy. 19 meals are provided per week.

What could possibly go wrong?
