Agreed. I like the kids getting to play on a college field, albeit In a 50,500 capacity stadium which isn’t a 10th full BUT what’s worse is this is on a Thursday night, that’s the egregious act by nchsaa. I do like that it looks like UNC re-painted the field/endzones for the title games. Looks good.

These teams look like they took a week off.
Seems to me both teams do not look all that good. Either it is very cold on the field, or nerves of the game, or maybe both teams are just not as good as thought.
What I have seen so far, neither of these two would want any part of Shelby or Watauga.
They said it was 36 degrees at the end of 1st Qtr. and dropping.
Right now I think Hough could win this one 7-0 if needed.
Must be something about the field. The 4 teams that have played today all look like they're channeling their best UNC offense.
Welp-this is another bright, shining moment for the NCHSAA. It's not asking too much to keep the lights on long enough to finish the game is it?
I mean, working this all out with the university is part of what the association is supposed to do.
