I don't hire them, I just have to work with, and "teach" them. I'm a strong advocate of giving the job to ppl a little older, with families. Who are more likely to take pride in their work and aim to improve and move up into machines. Unfortunately, it's a lot of long hours and tough work without appropriate compensation. So, we get **** help!

I totally know where your coming from... the **** help doesn't do a hell of alot these days other than the bare minimum if they show up.

Maybe it is stated, as I didn't read the entire thread, but the argument about millennials has been the same during a lot of different generations. During the Vietnam era, kids were just long haired pot smoking deadbeats that just wanted free love. These long hairs are now lecturing the millennials about their lifestyle. The same cycle will happen years from now, and will be never ending. Yes there are differences, but the conversation is relatively the same.
