Is there any way to get more feedback from mingione postgame ,pregame, during the week? He was all over the media last year, and not much of anything this year, to let us fans know what the hell is going on , and any prospects for improvement . Very disappointing so far, in status of baseball program!

Would you want to have to answer any questions about this debacle?
Currently 2-9 in conference which puts us solidly in last place a game behind SC. Also, SC and UK are the only two teams to have not won 20 games so far. At 17 it may take us a while.
After this road trip wraps up, we'll try to get some "state of the program" talk going with him.
So, for 2018 we were ranked 23rd in recruiting, according to D1Baseball.
For 2019, UK is ranked 31st in the nation in recruiting according to Perfect Game.
I am not sure how great this ranking is and if it counts JUCOs. It is kind of hard to figure out on PG because it places the JUCO commitments in the classes that they graduated high school.
According to PG we have 14 recruits, 7 pitchers (2 lefties and the rest right-handers). 2 SS, 2 OF, 2 catchers, and a third baseman. These are the incoming freshmen.
We also have, from what I can tell, outfield prospect and JUCO recruit Oraj Anu, Matthew Golda, a SS JUCO, and Jackson Rutledge, a JUCO righty. Rutledge is the number 1 JUCO prospect in the country.
It is possible that neither he nor Anu make it to campus. Jackson has a 1.13 ERA in 64 innings pitched and has 106 strikeouts. He is 6-2 in 10 appearances with 3 complete games and 2 shutouts.
Rutledge has been invited to the mlb draft day, so more than likely he wont be at UK
