Has there been any discussion as far as how walk-ons under Pope will be handled? Will he go back to a try out system? Will it still be nepotism based? I don’t think it matters too much as to how the walk-ons are picked, but I assume you still want two guys to help run practices and you know, for gpa purposes.

I'd go after the kids that have the highest chance of being millionaires, outside of athletics. I don't care if they can dribble a basketball. This program needs more high-rolling donors.
I am pretty sure I heard it was going back to the tryout system.
It would be nice to develop some future coaches, media members, and/or donors.
I've got 4 years of eligibility left but could CMP play half court slow ball? I'm almost 60. 
I can't remember, it was right when Pope first got hired because some Arkansas fans were talking smack about it, like it is a weird concept. I will see if I can find it tonight.
I like a couple that could remotely play in desperate need, possibly hopeful future coach types or just guys that would rather walk on here than play for Transy or whatever.

Yeah, always going to have Kentucky kids that are borderline talent playing here. Their dreams can be met and some of those guys will develop and get better in time so they can contribute even more to the program.
