I would say both. Mizzou is not very good and got beat up last week against Bama, but Tennessee returns a lot of a team that was playing pretty good late last season.

Tennessee is much improved over the last couple of years when they botched up their football hiring...

At least Missouri went back to wearing their historic striped helmets which they went back to since leaving the Big 12...
