Don't know about commitment watch but this will be the 3-4 time Webb has been on campus. If we can string some wins together and get him back on campus for his official then anything is possible.
He's a very good player but a DT and from Madison Ga, unless he has moved. We aren't recruiting him and I have no idea why. He is the number 2 DT in the state of Georgia this year and the number 1 is committed to Michigan, for now anyway. But Webb isn't far behind, only thing I can come up with for us not recruiting him is we took 3 DT in the 16 class. He is only about 40 miles from Athens, but according to site mods there has been no contact between him and us in months.
Since we aren't recruiting him I haven't kept up with him in the last few months, but then it was USC and AU. I don't know how much of a player UT is for him, they weren't in the mix back then, no idea about now. I did take a closer look at our roster, we don't have a sr DL and only 1 jr, so I guess we don't feel its a big need in this class and are only taking 1 or none and that appears to be Soloman, who is committed to Michigan, but the mom says he isn't going there. Hopefully he takes his official in Dec.
It says on his twitter account that he's from Rutledge, GA. That's what I'm going after and I assumed he was a DT or DE. I'm glad he's a DT because that's what we need.
One thing is obvious about Webb given his pics and vids...he's a grown *** man, already.
Rutledge like Madison is in Morgan County, Ga.. When I lived there two players from Morgan County signed and played for the Bulldogs.
I think Stoops is no taller than 5'9" he was a DB in college and I seem to remember him being kind of short. I expect Webb to be 6'1-3". But I agree he is built like a locomotive.
