Next year’s roster is posted on the Rutgers website, and there are three players who played 4 years and are not on next year’s roster:

- LSM Ryan Splaine
- SSDM Andrew Macheca
- OMid Kasey Mongillo

Wouldn’t these guys have one more year under the new 5 for 5 eligibility rule? Or did they enter the portal and transfer?

Aren't they class of 2022 and excluded from the 5 for 5 eligibility, unless they received a state court injunction?

I suspect you’re right. For some reason, I was thinking that the 2022 issue only impacted players who had been on pro rosters.
