First of all, a very happy MLK Day to everyone out there.
From a sports standpoint, especially if you're an NBA enthusiast like myself, this is a fun day of basketball. Games throughout the day, great MLK Day tributes, and something for those of us stuck in the office to help pass the time.
Our boy Jahlil is off to a great start, putting up 12 first quarter points on 6 of 9 shooting against the Knicks. He added a couple boards and a block to go along with the scoring numbers. Lance Thomas also picked up a first quarter basket for the Knickerbockers. I still can't believe how productive of an NBA career he's been able to hash out.
