How come when we are cutting into the lead or going on a nice run somebody feels like they have to take a AAU contested three pointer? Even the ones we made were mostly terrible shots.

this team seems to be lacking in toughness and pure want. Also the IQ doesn’t seem to be there. I wouldn’t say that if we were playing a ton of freshman.

Every single time we killed ourself by stopping the momentum. I hope they stop the playground ball. Take away the pain of losing to Louisville…. We looked extremely bad last night.

First and foremost, we lack a strong PG presence, Lowe is softer than Charmin, he has zero ability to defend bigger, stronger and athletic guards, zero! Oweh is the most overpaid player in CBB ATM, he’s more concerned proving he can shoot from the outside than playing to win and BG is useless as tits on a boar hog.

Am I wrong for being a little upset at Pope about the pg situation? The more time goes by I keep feeling weird about the recruiting. Why did Acaden Lewis decommit last minute after all his dad did was praise Pope and UK.

I really want to land a big recruit so I can stop thinking Pope might not be doing it right on that end. We could really use one of the best freshman point guards that was already committed to us for a good while. Just seems odd to me.

That was a strange turn of event, there‘s definitely something more to how that went down than we’ll ever know, Lowe is a good kid and all, though he’s woefully prepared to compete at an elite level, especially physically.

Lewis could be better or worse than Lowe on last night, who knows.

He was ranked similarly with Jasper... And could be beaten by Mikel as well.

And I don’t say any of that as a jab at Lowe even tho I think he’s paper thin. I feel like we should have two real point guards on the team. Acaden and Lowe would have been nice. Let’s people like AD stay in their true position all the time.


just kind of ticks me off I feel like we have so many people having to play out of position and we have been talking about how much depth we have. If we have 22 million why is a single player ever playing out of position. Idc about injuries. Lowe injured his shoulder, .. we should have a true point guard to come in take care of everything.

say Acaden had something going on and it’s not Popes fault.. you go find a true point guard somewhere. Somebody that has good ball handling skills and toughness about them that’s it.
