This sentiment is so foreign to me but kinda explains all the radically pro State/cjf venom. When you don’t embrace college football without State in it, are you really a college football enthusiast? (no)

I watch it because I watch PSU, so I pay attention to what’s going on throughout the league. But if PSU didn’t have a program, then no, I wouldn’t give a rat’s a$$ about it.
The years of the sanctions "taught" me that I did not need to watch any other games.

Plus it’s Ohio State vs Notre Dame….about the only thing that could worse would be Ohio State vs Michigan.
I have a gym buddy who graduated OSU, was there in the time of Kern and Brockington, who hates what CFB has become. I saw him today and he told me that he’s watching the game but wouldn’t watch if OSU wasn’t playing. He’s been recently widowed so I’ll be buying him an OSU Championship shirt to cheer him up.
Watching OSU v. ND for the Natty should be like you watching the Amazon delivery driver and the UPS man play rock, paper, scissors for the right to have their way with your wife, 'round the back.

Well....for what its worth....the media always refers to it as such. At least the Hall of Fame is located in Atlanta.

Guess will post in this thread. Hate both of these teams equally and since a black hole is not going to appear, IF I have to take one of the 2 teams to win, I guess I would prefer ND. 
I say this for following reasons:
- Like Freeman, can’t stand day
- Unfortunately, win or lose, ND getting this far already assures they are not hopping into a conference anytime soon
- OSU fans. Living here in Columbus, I still see some of them say the NC will have an * beside it because they list or Michigan or they would prefer the win over Michigan over a NC. When you have fans that dumb or that brainwashed that their game vs Michigan is the most important rivalry in all of sports. That fan base does not deserve a NC.
