After winning the Silver Medal at The Open Championship incoming freshman Matt Fitzpatrick has moved up to the #5 ranked amateur golfer in the world! Wow!

Thats absolutely wonderful news. Genuinely excited to see the progress of his career at NU. I'm not particularly a golf fan, but I did see the Open and I guess I'm slowly realizing that this is a fun game to follow.
