I remember being in this board in 2012, 13 and 14 and their were people on here COMPLAINING EVERY WEEK and we were WINNING way more than LOSING!

Some of the same people who have been preaching for "patience" for 4 years, making excuses for this sh!tshow, last placed, 1-2 wins a year in B1G, no bowl game going team were the ones out with pitchforks when the last time we beat Iowa!

No real fans aren't going to sit back and be quiet when our team has been pathetic the last 7 years. Those people who screamed for this crap and said how a monkey can win 9-10 wins a years in Lincoln have NO VALIDITY anymore....

stark said ut is replacing bout 1/3 of players with the transfer portal, currently their rb hurt his arm...so we need to be on the lookout to pick him up asap. this s is where we have to know how to swap

You are so right. Teams with most knowledge of market(key facts on players from health to mindset) are going to win the portal. Some think NIL but it’s about know how.

Not that it's a stellar class but there aren't many classes with nine recruits that finish ranked high. There are no classes in the too 50 with less than ten so far. Iowa state is top 20 now and have roughly the same star average but twenty recruits. With rivals rankings quantity matters.

Last time I checked I hadn't heard any whining from Sevion's parents about him not starting or how he was being used. He was probably never going to start barring several injuries ahead of him on the depth chart. The only mention of his stats will be people wishing he had stayed IF he puts up numbers somewhere else. I wish he would stay for depth. This might make it a little less likely that Scott transfers.

It was a joke dingle. Nearly every player that has left the program has had at least one thread started about how they suck at their new school or how they were stupid to leave. Nothing more, nothing less.

I thought it might be a direct reference to me starting the thread about Luke....;) People get emotionally bought in to players and we're always curious to see what happens to them whether they transfer or end up in the NFL. Not that many months ago Luke was the favorite son of Nebraska QBs.

You are right, because everyone knows that top 20 classes means wins. 🙄 I would venture to say that you really have no input.on the quality of our signed recruits because like most you have only seen what star was assigned to them by this site. The site who's evaluation efforts have been compromised because of a pandemic. Could be the best class in the country when it is all said and one. If not it is Iowa level, and they were ranked number two earlier this year (lol).

There is an absolute correlation between recruiting rankings and on-field success. Unless of course you are Nebraska or Texas. Quit being a moron.

I, for one, appreciate this novel approach to recruiting.

Gotta try something different.

Every season we out-recruit everyone in the west. And we end up slumming at the bottom of the standings.

Why would we continue to do the same thing, and expect different results?

We're changing it up.

Let everyone in the west out-recruit us, and vault to the top.

Breath of fresh air.

If you care more bout where the coach was born, where he played, him kissing babies and moral victories and FEELINGS than actually WINNING games then you are a fan of a coach....NOT the team.

I think most fans of teams understand this and make no apologies for it.

If I remember correctly, Morrison did not have a commitable offer from Oklahoma or Oklahoma State. Frost and Riley took a fair number of kids who couldn't didn't draw real interest from their home schools and all of those kids are on the bench or have transferred out already. And a couple of them, God only knows, somehow had a 4 star rating.

I love me some Leodis. You are either with retaining a coach that has won 15 games over the last 4-years or you are against it.

Since you spend the majority of your time attacking my posts, I am going to assume that you agree with keeping Frost. Just a guess here Leodis.

Now, it is completely possible that you just hate me because you don’t like the tone of my posts and you want to fire Frost.

Just let me know where you stand. What I see is a rose-colored glasses wearing sheep that follows the herd. I see a sheep that actually thinks a lame duck coach that should be fired is going to assemble a playboy offensive staff.

I wanted Frost gone, the University made a decision I decide to focus my time on other conversation instead of beating the same dead horse.

The university administration has been utterly incompetent for at least 20 years when it comes to making decisions for the success of the men's athletic programs. It is completely fair game to criticize, question, or admonish their decisions given those circumstances.

I’m a fan of the TEAM. That’s why I cheer for them every game day, even when they suck. The fact that Frost has sucked and still hasn’t been fired doesn’t change that fact.
